Stonehenge

As it's half term me and my family went on a trip to Stonehenge. We stayed near bath for a few nights and it was so nice.

Stonehenge was amazing, I did think it was going to be a little bit boring but when we actually got there it was actually really interesting. We had to get a bus from the visitors center to Stonehenge and it took about 6 minutes to get there. You might be thinking 'it's just a few stones....' (i know i was) but if you're actually there it's really cool. I think at the summer solstice you're allowed to go and touch them but on regular days you can't because of graffiti and things like that. I would definitely recommend going.

Has anyone else ever been to Stonehenge?

Holiday Skin

I went on holiday recently and before I embarked on my great adventure...to spain... I wanted to make my skin look and feel a little bit better..
I got my first ever tube of St. Tropez fake tan, and I love it! It's fab and doesn't give off that weird fake tan smell that most of the others i've tried have.. I used this before spain just to give me that glow, as if i've already been on holiday and mostly because I look terrible pale, especially in the summer! I'm not doing a Neil from The Inbetweeners though! Haha!

I've also been using the the firminator by soap and glory, I think I like it, it's meant to firm up your skin but I haven't been using it for long enough I don't think to see any real results yet.

Love dais xx

Lipstick Storage

I got this super cute tin from tx maxx recently and I have found the perfect use for it.. Lipstick Storage!
Before I didn't really have anywhere nice to openly store my lipstick and lipglosses but this just looks fab and it gives off a bit of a vintage vibe I think, I just luuurrrve it!

I got another one too, and I might do a post on it but it's basically a vintage Kellogs Cornflake box tin, and it's gorgeous, I'm using it at the moment to store my 'everyday make-up' in, like the stuff I use every day (duhh dais) and I think tins like these are perfect to store make up in because they look really cute and girly!

Wales!

As you may already know, if you read my previous post, I went to Wales for a couple of days with my friend. It was one of the best weeks I've had in my life, what made it even better is that I didn't have any panic attacks at all!
We did numerous activities while there and ate out everyday! I cannot actually explain how much I loved it. I took quite a few pictures while I was there........
This is the farm where our caravan is. Its so cute. I don't think you can see from this picture-but there were sheep in the field!
 A TREE. AN ACTUAL TREE.
 Chummy+Merts feet! We're shoe twins.
SHEEP. ACTUAL SHEEP. THERE WERE LAMBS. ACTUAL LAMBS.
 wow how lovely. another tree.
MORE SHEEP. CAN'T GET ENOUGH OF SHEEP.

Well done Daisy, you took a picture of a fence-here is a medal

You can see I like trees.

 LAMBS. TOO CUTE. TOO CUTE.
 Baaaaaah (just being a sheep)
This was so cute- Its my two dogs paws together.

One of the places we went while we were in wales was 'BeddGallet' or 'Gallets Grave' The story about this is on a photo below.

We went past snowdon. Wow. It was so high.

When we got to the little town where the grave is, I started looking around. It didn't have many shops-It had one ice cream shop. Which was very impressive. It had ferraro rocher flavoured ice cream, and a little fudge shop that sold really cute things. Including COFFEE flavoured fudge.

 Ice Cream....yum

There's a little path that you have to walk down first to get to 'beddgelert' and it has a really beautiful river running down it.

When we got to the grave, there is a rock, where the dog is supposedly buried and the story about him.
Its the cutest story ever, really sad though :(.

If you can't see the pictures well enough to read it it says that the prince of Wales left to go hunting, he left his dog (Gelert) In charge of his baby. When the prince got back, he saw blood all over the dog and the floor, he thought that the dog had killed the baby, so he stabbed the dog with his sword, the prince went into the next room to find that the baby was safe on the floor, and on the other side of the room there were a pack of  dead wolves. Gelert had killed the wolves to protect the baby. It is said that the prince never smiled again.
THAT IS THE SADDEST STORY EVER:(

This is what Gelert looked like he was a grey hound :(

Thankyou for reading about my adventure(s) in Wales!
